The Role Responsibilities
§ Prepare VAT adjustment entries and VAT filing for Pan China branches
§ Maintain VAT accounts, perform VAT account reconciliations and investigate reconciliation gap
§ Assist in VAT systems maintenance and enhancements
§ Prepare VAT surcharge and input VAT transfer out allocation
§ Assist in investigation of VAT accounting queries raised by stakeholders
§ Assist in external tax survey and internal tax management reports preparation
§ Assist in tax entries upload in general ledge systems
§ Perform other ad hoc tasks based on tax team's instructions
Our Ideal Candidate
§ Bachelor degree or above, major in Accounting, Economics, Finance.
§ Have basic Financial knowledge and experience related to Operations/Reporting.(SWIFT Code knowledge as a plus.)
§ Basic principal of accounting, balance sheet, Profit and lost statement, reconciliation statement , cost allocation .
§ Basic business English skills .
§ Strong computer knowledge, Excel in particular.
§ Strong communication skill and able to work under pressure
§ 3-5 years relevant experience in financial institutions.
