ABOUT COMPANY

POSITION PURPOSE

  • To assure the accuracy of financial data
  • To control operation expenses within budget and manage assets of the hotel
  • To manage hotel cash-flow

DURATION

We are looking for a full-time commitment for at least 02 years.

RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Accounting

  • Maintain the company’s system of accounts and keeps books, records on all company transactions. Check the accuracy and completeness of supporting document for the transactions before processing;
  • Manage assets of the hotel to prevent loss or damage;
  • Supervise and review the quality of work of accounting staff. Perform annual assessment in Accounting Department;
  • Organizes finance, accounting and other related procedures;
  • Train Accounting team

2. Purchasing

  • Organize and supervise purchasing and related procedures;
  • Negotiate with suppliers to get the best price, quality and service;
  • Finding suppliers as per hotel needs;
  • Working closely with Group Purchasing Manager in Head Office and being incharge of oversea delivery.

3. Finance

  • Control and manage cashflow of the hotel;
  • Complete the monthly financial statement timely and accurately. Peruse the financial statement and explain for the material variance between actual, budgeted and last year expenditure;
  • Supervise annual budget procedure including preparing, getting approval, following up with actual result and budget….;
  • Cooperate with the bank for all bank-related transactions such as investment, loan, oversea transfer, bank fee….;

4. Other duties

  • Review salary calculation and calculate personal income tax for all employees;
  • Being in charge of HR works relating to expatriates; perform other admin works in Head Office relating to the hotel;
  • Perform MOD as scheduled in duty roster appointed by GM;
  • Cooperate closely with other departments;
  • Perform other duties and reports relating to Finance, Accounting and Purchasing as requested by General Manager and Head Office.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

  • University graduated in Finance and Accounting.
  • Experience: At least 3 years at the same position. Working experience in finance in hospitality industry is a plus.
  • To be honest & independent
  • Fluent in both Vietnamese and English, in writing and speaking
  • Good computer skills: Word, Excel, Access, Outlook

  • Strong organizational skills with a high level of attention to details.
  • Able to work independently and in a team
  • Able to travel for business purposes
