Collection of Debts via telephone
Sending Chasers to follow up with outstanding debts
Perform Administrative Duties, Enquires, arrangement.
Monitoring of Debts Collection Updates on a daily basics
Maintain the Credit Control System.
To follow up on prompt payment from customer
Negotiate Payments with customer
Achieve maximum recovery standards
Follow up on overdue payments.
Ensure that the overall collection and AR is reduced from the aging list
Provide advisory Service to clients on the best course of action for the recovery of their claims
To assist in reports, ad hoc duties and tasks as and when being assigned daily or weekly
Work Closely with of levels of customer and internal contacts within the company
