General Accounting Accountant

Primary Tasks:

 Assist with full cycle processing of Accounts Payable, Receivable and Billing
 Assist with prepare bank reconciliations, account reconciliations and analysis
 Handle billings, bank deposits, correspondence
 Assist with perform month-end and year-end closings through trial balance, general ledger, and financial statements
 Prepare, examine, and analyze accounting records, financial statements or other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting and procedural standards
 Analyze business operations, trends, costs, revenues, financial commitments, and obligations, to provide advice

 Comprehend chart of accounts and code entries to proper accounts
 Perform data entry duties
 Work with technical support and operations department on obtaining information from existing clientele
 Work with sales staff in gathering needed financials for approval
 Prepare Statutory Accounts in compliance with statutory requirements.
 Prepare final and projected tax computation.
 Prepare Inter company reconciliations and follow up on outstanding items and resolve queries.
 Resolve any differences arising out of reconciliations of subsidiary records with General Ledger.
 Establish and maintain control procedures
