The role
Our client is looking for a Senior Credit Controller to join their team and help with elements of Credit Control, Sales Ledger and Admin (all incorporated). This role will be reporting into the Credit Control Manager and this is a fantastic opportunity to join a great team.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Control of a ledger
- Ensure customers pay within their agreed payment terms, chasing payments
- Effectively dealing with customers account queries/complaints, including liaising with other departments, to ensure they are brought to a satisfactory conclusion
- Effectively and timely updating of the customers account on IFS
- All other reasonable administrative duties related to the Credit Control function, including filing and archiving.
Person specification
The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic as well as a resillient personality and;
- Minimum 2 years experience in all aspects of a busy commercial Credit Control function
- Experience of ISF (Desirable)
- Microsoft packages specifically Excel to intermediate level
