I am pleased to be partnering with a growing Organisation based in Bristol, who are looking to recruit a Sales Ledger Clerk in their Finance Team. They are a welcoming business who provide significant support to their staff's progression and training.

Description

Key responsibilities:

  • Raising sales ledger invoices and credit notes.
  • Credit Control of all Anthony Nolan debt, including chasing up customers and escalating issues to Line Management.
  • Issue Monthly Statements on a monthly basis
  • Maintain accurate credit control records
  • Liaising with other internal departments to resolve sales ledger issues
  • Coding and checking invoices
  • Processing customer's payments
  • Checking and reconciling debtors reports
  • Filing invoices and payments
  • Dealing with customers and staff enquiries
  • Other tasks linked with the preparation of monthly management accounts pack
