My client are a NFP organisation going through a period of change.

Description

Reporting to the Chief Executive, The Finance Director will be joining this NFP who are entering a period of change.

Firstly, you will be managing a team of c10 Finance team members who undertake a range of duties.

You will be a very hands on accountant and be happy to role up your sleeves and get stuck in.

You will be responsible for the Budget preparation and forecasting with variance analysis, full month end management accounts, oversee payroll and transnational functions.

There are also a range of "high level" projects that need completion.

Profile

Ideally you will be a qualified Accountant

Ideally you will have NPF/Public Sector experience, however experience outside of sector in a similar role will be considered.

You will be a hands on accountant but also be able to lead on high level strategic projects.

You will be an inspirational leader and be able to manage and motive a large team

Job Offer

an initial 3-4m contract.

Salary c£220-£280 per day ltd co
