Treasury Manager

Minimum Qualifications

• Degree in business/ finance/accountancy with a good academic record, with minimum 2 years experiences in team management
• At least 6 years experience in corporate treasury in a multinational company
• In-depth knowledge in cash management
• Good business communication skills is a must, including negotiation skills with internal/external stakeholders
• Very much detail oriented in nature
• Strong accounting/tax knowledge and fluency in English communication are must

Job Descriptions

• Monitoring and managing the organisation's bank relationships and liquidity management
• Managing foreign currency exposure and foreign currency payments
• Analysing various scenarios and risks, and reporting to senior management
• Forecasting of medium and long-term funding and hedging requirements (if applicable)
• Daily cash and debt facilities management
• Interest rate risk management and development of risk mitigation strategies
• Foreign exchange risk management and development of foreign exchange risk mitigation strategies
• Team management
• Preparing high-level management and board reports
• Liaising with senior management across the organisation
• Supporting the month end process where necessary
