Our client is a leading technology company located in North-West London, a short walk from Kentish Town station. Due to growth across their business, an opportunity has arisen in their accountancy team for a Finance Assistant to join.

Description

Based in London's West End, As part of a dynamic finance department, the Finance Assistant will efficiently and effectively support the Finance Manager with all aspects of his role, including:


- Bookkeeping
o Posting of bank transactions (high volume)
o Supplier invoice audit and posting (high volume)
o Ledgers reconciliation
o Petty cash management


Reporting
o Preparation of daily, weekly and monthly reports
o Support with the preparation of the management accounts
o Support with the preparation of the statutory audit documentation
- Preparation and filing of tax documentation
- General administration and document management
- Ad hoc tasks including cheque deposits, cash withdrawal and cost reviews

Profile

The ideal candidate must be able to travel to Kentish Town (NW5) - journey time of 45mins.

This role would suit someone with 6-12 months experience in accounts, looking for their next role.
