Sales Ledger Assistant
Page Personnel are currently recruiting for an Part time interim Sales Ledger Assistant, this is a great opportunity for someone wanting to work for a dynamic manufacturing company. This role requires someone with excellent Excel skills and Sage 50.
The client is a dynamic manufacturing business, based at Trafford Park they are looking for an interim part time Sales Ledger Assistant. This opportunity is for 3 months, with the possibility of an extension.
The key responsibilities for the interim Sales Ledger Assistant you will have:
- Invoicing - Tying up all the daily paperwork, that comes through from Dispatch, matching up with po's and checking before pass over to finance for audit.
- General input of easy orders onto Sage, double/cross checking large orders, quote enquiry forwarding and ensuring good communication.
- Receiving goods and ensuring all doc handling has been attached, to enable a smoother invoicing process for the organisation.
To be successful in applying for the interim Sale Ledger Assistant you will be:
- Immediately available
- SAGE 50 experience
- Confident in Excel
- Excellent communication skills
£26,000 pro rata equivalent salary + Parking + Possibility of an extension
