French Speaking Sales Administrator / Credit Controller

We now have a vacancy for a Sales Administrator/ Credit Controller to join our busy team based in our Maidstone office. The new team member should be fluent in both French and English and will take full responsibility for Sales Administration and Credit Management of France in our Sales & Finance Dept. As this role also deals with Belgium, Flemish would be an advantage.
Reporting to both the Head of Sales in France and The UK Finance Manager, the successful candidate will be tenacious, have extensive experience of working within a Sales Administration & Credit Control team, and have exceptional customer relation skills.
This role requires a professional individual who can provide dedicated Sales Administration support to the European Sales Team. Sales orders are to be processed in line with company procedure and with excellent customer care.
The successful candidate will be required to liaise and effectively communicate with various parties to deliver a seamless customer experience throughout the Sales order process.
This role also includes management of debtor's ledgers, ensuring timely payments are made and the successful collection of outstanding balances. It will also be required that internal and external queries regarding outstanding invoices are resolved.
The team member will also be required to produce accurate and timely reports and provide accounts information to internal departments as required.
Occasional cover of general office administrative roles will also be required as necessary.
Fluent in French and English
Computer literate – MS Office
3 – 5 years experience in a similar role
Excellent communication skills with a good telephone manner
