Senior Finance Business Partner

Senior Finance Business partner working for a large UK charity, supporting decision making and the provision of commercial finance information to non-finance.

Client Details

This national charity are well known across the UK and are focused on supporting individuals with hearing difficulties. They provide support, research into new technology and also raise awareness for hearing issues across the country. Having gone through a period of change over the last few months to support improvement, they are looking to recruit a senior finance business partner to provide decision making support to the wider organisation and directorship.

Description

• Finance business partnering of key budget holders across the organisation including detailed financial analysis and presentation of management accounts

• Working across the business partnering team to develop and improve management information

• Managing a junior finance business partner

• Management accounting responsibilities as required

Profile

You will be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or similar) with strong management reporting and business partnering capabilities that can be evidenced through experience. Building relationships with colleagues across the business at all levels is essential, as is the ability to manipulate and present complex financial information to non-finance. Applications from all sectors are welcomed but experience of working within the not-for-profit sector would be highly beneficial.

Job Offer

£45,000 to £55,000 plus benefits
