The Senior Finance Business Partner is the Head of the Business Partnering division and reports into the Assistant Director of Financial Services. You will be responsible for taking a lead in building and maintaining business partnerships with internal stakeholders.

Description
The key responsibilities of the Senior Finance Business Partner will be:
- To take the lead in building and maintaining good business partnerships with internal stakeholders
- Ensure that accurate and timely financial performance information is produced for budget holders, the executive and boards to effectively manage their business areas
- The delivery of accurate forecasts of the year-end financial performance for each company
- provide strong and effective leadership to identify opportunities to improve services
- co-ordinate operational teams to ensure that the budget reflects their needs to deliver the services required and to work with them on ensuring that the expenditure incurred is cost effective
Profile
The successful candidate for the Senior Finance Business Partner will be:
- Qualified (ACA/ACCA/CIMA/CIPFA)
- have clear understanding of regulatory framework
- Good IT and Excel skills
- Excellent written and presentation skills
- Experience of providing a business partnering service
- Any experience of working within the housing sector in the past is desirable
