Job Summary:

The Region Financial Operations Assistant Manager is responsible for coordinating financial reporting processes. This position will support and manage the overall financial performance for OSPSG and assist in day-to-day activities of the department.

Job Duties:

  • Monitor and analyze operation expense to business plan, trend and last year
  • Establish a structured review process for monthly reporting and business plan
  • Work with District/Country to ensure reporting compliance
  • Support training of District/Country coordinator as needed
  • Review Country reporting process and develop improvement plans
  • Create procedure and training material
  • Coordinate administrative documentation and contract management
  • Work with all related parties to support OSPSG development plan

  • Adaptable to multiple demands, rapid changes and shifting priorities
  • Comfortable working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, unstructured environment
  • Demonstrate ability to work independently and proactively

Skill & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Engineering
  • Possess at least 5 years of experience in Data Analysis, Accounting or Finance
  • Advanced user of Excel
  • Experience analyzing large data sets
  • Experience with FP&A, financial reporting, analytics
