Team Leader in Trustee administration, Financial Services up to £31,000

Your new role
Your new role will be the Team Leader for the division providing excellent Trustee Oversight service for Unit Trusts and Open Ended Investment Companies. Within this role you will be able to develop your preexisting coaching and leadership skills by being responsible for the workflow of a team of 12.
You will be providing technical knowledge and one to one coaching for team members, while assisting the Team Manager in identifying any training needs. Within this role you will be taking the lead on improvement activities in order to simplify and strengthen the way the team works.
This position could lead to excellent lines of progression within the department.
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this position, you will be a resourceful and versatile individual with the ability to thrive under the pressure of managing busy workloads. Due to the heavily regulated environment that you will be operating out of, a keen eye for detail and accuracy in your work is absolutely imperative.
A sound knowledge of operational procedures and an understanding of a regulated Collective Investment Scheme will come as an advantage.
Furthermore, you will possess the ability to manage resources and organise large workloads within the team, to support team targets along with a forward looking approach, with the initiative to drive continual improvement.
