Paraplanning Team Leader

• Align, motivate and lead Paraplanners
• Facilitate a consistent and professional experience for internal and external customers
• Ensure all Paraplanning processes, procedures are compliant and maintained

About The Role
Role Location: Melbourne or Sydney
Role Type: Permanent Role

As the Paraplanner Team Lead you are to guide and manage a large team of ANZ Paraplanners to deliver efficient and compliant advice documentation, through effective process execution and internal and external stakeholder relationship management, resulting in enhanced best interest advice outcomes for our customers. You will lead the team through change and simplification while ensuring work output and SLAs are constantly achieved. Your team will add value by suggesting and implementing process improvements ideas and you will work with the team through training and their development plans.

About You
To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:

• Several years people management experience of large teams
• Experience leading a team through a change process
• Excellent personal organisation and time management skills with the ability to coordinate workflow
• Experience managing a team in the operations space – financial services
• Understanding of the end to end advice process and COIN knowledge , DFP - desirable
• Effective problem solving skills and use of initiative with excellent verbal and written communication
