About The Role
Role Location: 75 Dorcas Street, South Melbourne VIC 3205
Role Type: Permanent Fulltime
Your role as a Business Optimisation Manager is an integral member of the Customer Contact Centre team and serves as a trusted advisor on all things related to operational excellence of the Contact Centre from.
You will be working closely with leaders across the business to ensure that the Operational performance is visible and well managed including Opex, recruitment and strategies to build capacity in the BAU business to support the transformation vision.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following -
Previous experience in a large, multi-site Contact Centre business. Background within financial services, Telco, BPO industries would be preferred
Experienced in leading teams motivate staff to achieve business objectives
Experience in project or initiative management, including change, implementation management, and Risk & issues management. Lean Six Sigma and knowledge of AGILE methodologies would be highly desirable
Proven ability to manage conflicting priorities and multiple stakeholder group
Ability to work collaboratively across organisational boundaries and build strong working relationships with stakeholders and peers
Intermediate to Advanced Excel is required. No knowledge of programming languages
