Responsibility
Develop and analyze business and operation information in order to facilitate decision-making and management control, such as product contribution analysis, BU contribution analysis, in-market sales tracking, etc. Identify and highlight risks and opportunities to BU & Controling management.
Control investment on key A&P, sales forces expansion, new product launch, etc. To make sure all the investments are align with actual returns.
Play a key role in EDP Budget Planning and periodically forecast update processes by coordinating business teams' delivery within timelines, consolidation & reporting, analyzing deviations and performance, producing budget and review package.
Review budget application and contracts for activities to validate compliance and cost efficiency. Closely monitor vendors' activities, such as monthly order tracking, supply price tracking, supply contract tracking.
Coodinate with functional teams to monitor field bidding price, CIF price, channel margin rate, etc. In order to assess company profitability of specific product, highlight potencial risk by products/vendors.
Codinate with functional teams to facilitate the implementation of SAP, OA etc. Carry out the financial dimension settings in system initialization process, and also the further modifying & improving.
Perform ad hoc financial review, analysis and recommendations, as requested by management and/or self-initiated.
Requirement:
Minimun 6 years experience in finance function or commercial function, including at least 2 years experience as FA in Healthcare industry / business analysis area.
MNC/JV experience is a must. Big 4 experience will be an advance.
