Job Description

• Design, research & develop training programs;
• Co-ordinate and execute training programs;
• Initiate training needs analysis and improve current existing programs.
• Prepare training plan, budget and costing.;
• Handle administrative task on routine attendance updates and training venue payment.;
• Conduct periodic outlet visits to ensure compliance of outlet operating requirements
• Perform any other tasks as and when required.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication or equivalent.
• Minimum 2-3 years working experience in training and agency/sales channel development.
• Possess strong communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Must be able to read and write Mandarin
• Willing to travel within the country.
