We are exclusively partnering with a leading UK employee engagement consultancy to secure a driven and ambitious CFO who will play a vital role in the success of the business. Joining the organisation at a crucial stage, the successful applicant will be responsible for building an effective finance team and ensuring best practice is performed throughout.
Key responsibilities will include:
Overall responsibility for the day-to-day running on the finance function
Presenting financial results to the CEO and other internal / external stakeholders
Designing and implementing processes and procedures
Developing and executing business growth plans
Leading and managing the annual budget and quarterly forecasting process
Recruiting, mentoring and supporting an effective finance team
Partnering closely with internal managers to ensure efficient cost control
Ad-hoc projects as required
The successful candidate will be ACA Qualified with a strong, varied skillset. This would be an ideal step up for an individual currently working at a Controller / Director Level. From an interpersonal perspective, you will be confident in your ability to challenge and implement processes and you will be a proven manager. You will be comfortable with a very hands-on approach and have a genuine desire to see the business succeed.
