Our client, an independent Estate Agent with a dynamic and fresh approach to property sales and lettings, is seeking an Administration and Accounts Assistant to join their vibrant and fast paced team in South East London. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to be involved in an established and growing company.

The successful Administrator must be well presented and confident with at least 1 years' experience of administration and accounting in a property/estate agency setting. They must be able to hit the ground running and thrive on working at consistently high standards under pressure; and enjoy making a positive contribution to office life.

: Provide General Assistance to Accounts

: Debt Recovery

: Admin & PM Staff Management

: Training & Recruitment

: Renewals

: Referencing

: Deal processing

: Deal progression

: Supplier Management

: Invoicing

: Customer Service

: Office Administration

: Property Management Assistance

: General miscellaneous duties

: Providing general assistance to Management and Sales Staff

: Scanning & Filing

: Sales of additional services

You must also be familiar with

    • Microsoft Office – essential
  • Microsoft Outlook – essential
  • Vebra Lettings Software – desirable
  • Gnomen Software – desirable
