My client is a well established organisation based in Swansea. This organisation are doing really well at the moment and looking to strengthen their finance team.
Description
The Finance Business Partner plays a key role in the organisation.
The Finance Business Partner, works as a trusted advisor to service managers and senior stakeholders across the business.
Working in a major Division of the organisation and one that is very high profile, you will provide the senior managers and stakeholders with insightful management information that will inevitable help them strategically steer their own areas.
You will drive cost effectiveness across your area and constantly look for new innovative ways of working.
Internally in finance, you will be supported by a team of management accountants who support the Finance Business Partners across the business.
Profile
You will be a fully qualified Accountant through CCAB or CIMA
You will have great interpersonal skills and be able to influence senior steak-holders in the organisation.
You will have great IT skills including a high level of Excel.
Substantial experience of Management Accounting/Finance Business Partnering in a complex organisation.
Job Offer
Salary c £25-34 per hour
