Job purpose:

To perform complex activities of Treasury team in the area of payments and collections, bank relationship, financial products, working capital management, liquidity control etc. in order to ensure that the organization receives quality and efficient banking and financial services.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage, monitor and ensure continuous improvement on liquidity and cash flow planning to support operation as well as to maximize the organization’s potentials
  • Manage and monitor on treasury related risks
  • Keep abreast with money market performance, trends and variances, in order to efficiently manage short-term and medium-term investment and to ensure that company is able to adjust source of fund accordingly for optimal cost in a timely manner
  • Perform fund raising, capital restructuring and dividend payment activities
  • Manage and evaluate on working capital management and perform analysis to ensure organization adopt best practices in WCM
  • Manage and monitor bank relationship and other external relationship to ensure organization receives quality and effective banking and financial services
  • Implement and monitor on policies relating to billing, collection and credit control to ensure no money is loss and timely receipt of all sales proceeds
  • Coordinate and perform stakeholder management for all external and internal stakeholders

Qualification:

  • Bachelor or Master degree or professional certification in accounting, finance or related field
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Chartered Accountant (CA) is beneficial
  • 5 years progressively responsible experience in managerial role
  • Working experience in Banking and IT industry is a plus
  • Proficiency in English (both oral & written) for effective verbal and written communications, including active listening skills and skill in presenting findings and recommendations
  • Ability to comprehend and interpret policies, procedures, laws, regulations and guidelines
  • Adaptability, self- initiative and Decision making skills are essential Good analytical and problem solving skills are essential
