RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Effectively perform functional accountabilities below:
  • Perform in-depth study and build strong understanding of different business areas, their processes and their Key Performance Indicators.
  • Perform monthly roaming accrual (coordinating with Telenor Global Wholesale, Data Clearing House / Financial Clearing House and internal teams)
  • Reconciliation and settlement with roaming partners (coordinating with Telenor Global Wholesale, Data Clearing House / Financial Clearing House and internal teams)
  • Analyzing the wholesale performance of Telenor Global Wholesale ( traffic , revenue and cost)
  • Updating Telenor Myanmar wholesale cost with roaming partners in relevant document/drive
  • Supporting cross functional teams/partners for roaming wholesales financial process
  • Address the business questions raised by various business units by sound and thorough analysis and to come up with recommendations
  • Co-ordinate with Group and other BUs for analytics related discussion and knowledge transfer
  • Collect feedbacks from relevant parties and perform analysis to ensure business and other requirements are met
  • Drive the Business Analytics agenda in the organization and monthly business review of both wholesale and retail of International business
  • Report all issues/variances with planned work to ensure any activities outside normal procedures are communicated in a timely and accurate manner
  • Ad-hoc tasks requested by management

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor Degree in Business Administration/Economics/ Business Information Technology or equivalent
  • Minimum of 3-4 years of similar experienced in analysis areas or Business Intelligence realm of reporting and data analytics
  • Good in Data interpretation and Quantitative skills
  • Good working knowledge level of English language in Reading, Writing, and Speaking
  • Good skills on Microsoft Office Applications - Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook
  • Proactive and result-oriented team player with a positive attitude
  • Ability to deliver tasks on time and on track under continuous pressure
