Chief Financial Officer

Chief Financial Officer is needed for a growing Venture Capital company. Our client specialises in working with SME’s to grow and expand their business. Your role will involve working closely with the COO across all acquisitions ensuring they have sound and robust financial and operational strategies in place for continued growth.

Main responsibilities of the Chief Financial Officer will be:

• Reporting directly to the COO
  
• Assessing strategy, procurement and operation of acquisitions
  
• Implement robust financial processes
  
• Build accounting systems an procedures
  
• Organise implementation of strategies
  
• Recruit finance and operations teams for the business as required
  

The ideal Chief Financial Officer will be:

• ACA fully qualified
  
• Detailed orientated
  
• Ability to build accounting systems and process
  
• Experience gained in corporate strategy, OR corporate finance OR M&A OR similar
  
• Knowledge of financial forecasting
  
• Ambitious, entrepreneurial, pragmatic, commercial, highly analytical, and clear communicator
