My client are a property and construction company who are rapidly growing. The client are well established, with over 20 years of experience.
Description
The key responsibilities for this business analyst role are:
- Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing solution proposals
- Providing detailed analysis and commentary used to influence business decisions
- Documenting and communicating analysis results
- Performing requirements analysis
- Inputting into the creation of business cases for projects
- Work closely with the wider finance function located in London on an ad-hoc basis
- Effectively communicating insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management
- Coordination of user acceptance testing
- Ensuring solutions meet the firm's needs and requirements
- Working closely with the Finance Director to updating, implementing and maintaining procedures
Profile
Business Analyst requirements:
- Experience working within a finance function a bonus but not essential
- Track record to problem solving and being a proactive thinker
- Strong excel and system skills essential
- Ability to meet tight deadlines
