Job Description

FINBOTS is a Singapore-based Robotics firm focusing on Finance, Risk and Operations area. ​We offer thought leadership on how you can re-imagine the process and use data effectively through Automation, ​Data Science and Machine Learning.

FINBOTS provides strategic consulting, implementation and delivery services for robotic process automation ​for the Banking and Financial Services industry.

Financial Reporting

• Automated pricing reviews based on customer contracts and price lists
• Calculating and processing rebates
• Exporting data on monthly sales and commissions
• Generating files and emails for approvals

Risk Management

• Data collection from multiple finance systems and reports
• Automating preparations for management review
• Capturing and cleansing data for generation of regulatory reports

Operational Optimisation

• Standard Journals
• ​Bank reconciliations
• Account & intercompany transactional reconciliations
• Financial Planning & Analysis (F, P & A)
• Accounts Receivables & Payables processing

The successful candidate will begin their career journey by:

• Identify the scope of automation along with operations team through feasible study.
• Analyse, re-imagine and create workflows and technical requirements for RPA development.
• Document the functional requirements in use cases for client sign-offs.

Experience and skills required:

Good Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Computer Sciences/Mathematics or related discipline

Consulting experience with proven capabilities in leading Finance & Technology Transformation projects

Working experience in banks, financial institutions or any other relevant fields is preferred

Good understanding of Robotic Process Automation projects and operation process of financial institutions

Familiar with programming languages such as Python, Blue prism, or Softomotive

Singaporean or PR preferred
