This position will work within its Aftermarket business segment. The position works closely with business teams within the P&C Business Unit and Central Marketing to support aftermarket business plan and pursuits. In addition, the position will be a key member of a team developing analytical and reporting capabilities relevant to long term contract performance and optimization, reliability engineering, while focusing on market and industry trends relevant to the P&C Business Unit. Experience in commercial aerospace aftermarket or airline reliability engineering is strongly preferred.

Primary Responsibilities:

* Maintains and supports P&C aftermarket reliability/optimization model. Suggests improvements to model and offers alternatives where appropriate.
* Key interface with Central Marketing to provide and assist with Customer Service strategic goals relevant to pricing long term agreements.
* Prepare and present monthly financial and operating metrics for aftermarket business reviews.
* Collect, analyze, and summarize external and internal data to support various and multiple data requests from both P&C and Central Marketing.
* Supports worldwide repair sites analyzing data driving process changes relevant to business strategy and optimization.
* Analyzes repair data and summarizes for engineering to develop repair work scopes.
* Develops tool sets to automate data pulls and summary of analysis.

Education/ Certifications:

* Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Aeronautical Engineering, Economics or Related field.

Experience / Qualifications:

Basic Qualifications:

* Financial Modeling of repair agreements
* Financial Analysis experience

Preferred Qualifications:

* Master's Degree Business Administration
* Strong Business Acumen
* Strong Excel knowledge
* Demonstrated ability in market research, problem solving, reliability engineering and data analysis.
* Ability to manage highly complex data and multiple competing priorities.
* Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions using standard business analytical concepts and techniques.
* Ability to communicate effectively with Electric Systems and Customer Service Management, as well as customers.
* Competence with MS Office software and exposure to various Business Intelligence software. Experience with analytical software (SAS, R, SPSS, etc.), SAP, Teradata, and database management a plus.
