Management Accountant

Our client is looking for an accountant to join the Bracknell team. The successful candidate will play a significant role in implementing developing, and maintaining financial processes.

Our client has been established for more than 30 years and is a national automotive hiring organisation.
To ensure their ambitions for 2019 are achieved they are now looking to expand their finance team.

Description

Daily responsibilities of this challenging role include:

Management of a team of 4 clerks
Summary and presentation of financial reports to department heads
Daily monitoring and presentation of cash flow reports
Variance analysis
Weekly debtor and creditor reviews
Preparation and presentation month end accounting reports (financial and management)
Prepare and finalise budgets through collaborative working practices with revenue and cost centres

Generate revenue forecasts based on analysis reports
Ad-hoc project work

Profile

The successful candidate will be a fully qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) or qualified by experience.

The ability to develop financial management reports including budget monitoring with skills to interpret, present or write financial reports and presentations

Excellent mathematical skills and communication skills
Team leader and organiser
Strong people skills
Attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work to flexible schedules, including holidays, weekends and outside normal hours as required
Willingness to occasional work related travel

A background in the motor industry is advantageous but not essential.

Job Offer

The successful candidate will receive a salary package between £40,000 & £50,000 dependent on experience plus benefits.
