Description

Joining at Manager / Senior Manager level, based in the firms Bideford offices, you will have the expected responsibilities of managing a client portfolio covering a wide range of business sectors across retail, hotels, restaurants, manufacturing, rural related clients and other wide ranging sectors, delivering a a quality service across the range of accounting, taxation and other services, managing the delivery of a quality compliance, managing staff, workload and budgets. You will also look to build relationships with your clients and add value working with them and the wider team, identifying areas for advisory services and working on wide ranging planning and advisory project work for your clients. Due to planning for the future development and growth of the firm the partners are looking for the right individual who can carve a long term career path within the firm, as a key managerial addition and you will have opportunity to carve an influential position within this successful firm of accountants.

Profile

You are likely to be any of ACA/ACCA/ATT/CTA etc qualified, with a strong background in accountancy practice at Manager / Senior Manager levels. You will have skills managing a portfolio of mixed clients of growing, profitable limited companies and OMBs up to, or over the audit threshold, with an emphasis on accounts, tax and advisory work.
You may be from a South West accountancy firm of small, medium/large size, top 50, mid tier etc or looking to relocate to the South West in a long term lifestyle and career move.

Job Offer

£38,000 - circa £48,000 dependent on experience, background and level, plus benefits, negotiable.
