The main responsibilities for the junior credit control are:
- Chasing outstanding debt via phone and email
- Maintaining relationships with key clients
- Working closely with senior team members and sales team
- Keeping accurate record of payments collected
- Credit checking new clients
Profile
The successful candidate will have:
- strong collections knowledge
- 1 - 2 years in a collections role
- strong communication skills
- able to explain previous experience in detail
- work well in a fast paced environment
