Growing insurance services company based in Warrington is seeking an ambitious and driven Financial Manager to oversee the growing finance function at their Warrington office.

A key player in the insurance services industry my client is looking to expand their growing finance function with the addition of a forward thinking Finance Manager enabling the company to further expand and get to the next level.
Established with less than 10 employees they have since grown to over 200 and provide vital services to large blue chip clients within the wider insurance market and provide a fantastic opportunity for a like minded Finance Manager.
The Finance Manager will be expected to;
*Prepare monthly management accounts and information pack including variance analysis and commentary for the board
*Supervise and review of monthly balance sheet reconciliations
*Prepare monthly cash flow forecast for the group
*Maintain the asset registers for the group
*Assist in preparing budgets and cash flow forecasts
*Preparation of quarterly VAT returns
*Supervision and management of finance team
*Process and system development to ensure compliance with regulatory bodies
*Preparation of year end information and liaising with external auditors
*Use and report on the SAGE system
*Responsible for financial elements of FCA/RMAR returns
The successful Financial Manager will be;
*Finance qualification/Active Studier/Qualified by Experience
*Minimum of 2 years previous underwriting experience
This role will offer;
*£30000 -£35000 (D.O.E)
*25 Days Holiday plus bank holiday
