FP&A Manager

Position Description: Lenovo is HKSE publically listed, Fortune 500 IT company with USD $43B in revenue.  A best-in-class expense management is essential to the success of our business, and is an important finance partner to our business groups. The candidate should have a sound command of finance and other accounting knowledge in a multi-national corporate setting.  She/he should have the tenacity to drive transformation in our expense processes, identify gaps in our current process, and develop plans and actions to achieve the transformation objectives.  Through this transformation, the candidate should also impact change across functions, geographies, and business units in pursuit of the most efficient use of the company’s dollars. Solid analytical skills, strong work ethics, with a minimum of 8 years of working experience are required.  Previous experience in budget controllership or expense management, or working in finance function of a hardware / IT company is strong plus.  The candidate should feel comfortable in a fast-pace and dynamic environment where changes are happening, and at ease in speaking with senior management in both English and Chinese. This role would require some travel, as well as participating in discussions in other time zones as business needs required.
