Senior tax specialist_TP

Position Description: Own & supervise Transfer Pricing process, involving annual related-party transaction form review, Transfer Pricing documentation review, intercompany service charges review, etc;
 Act systematically for all operations related to transfer pricing, including but not limited to intercompany agreement management for cross-border/domestic intercompany legal entity charges, uplift calculation from principal entities to marketing country entities;
 Provide support to the lead managers to ensure effective and timely input to business initiatives and projects;
 Responsible for supporting and/or managing the tax relationship with a number of teams including all aspects of support on tax audits, transfer pricing, licensing and supply chain issues;
 Work closely with other members of the tax team on supporting, planning and/or managing routine transfer pricing work as appropriate;
 Closely monitor the rules and regulations updates related to transfer pricing, act proactively to manage and address any risks associated.
 Monitor profitability of PRC legal entities, ensure the continuity and reasonableness of the margin
Position Requirements: Position Requirements:  Bachelor or above degree in Tax/Accounting / Financial Management, CTA/CPA or equivalent is a plus
 Three to five years of professional/corporate or combined tax experiences
 Have strong business acumen and stay current with economic and regulatory development
 Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese
 Strong in interpreting and analyzing financial statements and a general aptitude for quantitative analysis
 Self-motivated, mature, a strong sense of responsibility with positive working attitude and able to work independently with minimum supervision
 Good team player with strong interpersonal skills and excellent organizational skills; self-initiated and result-oriented
