Client Details

Our client is a new player on the market, having been established in 2017. Since then they have rapidly grown their portfolio, with the help of the partners experience and funding from a private equity firm in the US. Initially you will be working with a small finance team, that is looking to expand both their reporting team and their commercial team. Providing many opportunities for growth and personal development, in their offices located in Fulham.

Description

The Interim Financial Accountant responsibilities will include:

• Assisting with the year end audit
• Review and reconciliation of the portfolio's statutory accounts
• Preparation of monthly balance sheet reconciliations
• VAT returns
• Processing the service charges
• Monitor the cash flow
• Assisting the Financial Controller in any required Ad-Hoc work

Profile

The Interim Financial Accountant will have the following:

• ACA/ACCA (or international equivalent) qualification and membership - essential
• From a practice background - ideally audit - essential
• Strong knowledge of technical accounting and UK GAAP - essential
• Can be straight from practice or a 2nd mover in industry
• Experience dealing with service charges - desirable
