An award winning business in Epsom with free parking are looking for a permanent full time Financial accountant / Assistant accountant vacancy paying circa £30,000 per annum

Client Details

Our client are an award winning business with 5 companies in the group, multiple offices in the UK and work with high profile well known clients UK wide. There are 7 people in the finance team and this role reports directly into the finance manager, with room to learn and progress

Description

Reconciling balance sheets

Fixed assets, accruals and prepayments

Depreciation

Producing management reports

Helping with production of year end accounts

Cash flow forecasts

Intercompany recharges and reconciliations

Bank recs

Post cash payments and receipts and reconcile

Process sub-contractor invoices

Cover credit control when required

Check expenses (another member of the team inputs the expenses data)

Profile

The successful candidate will:

• Have previous experience of the duties in the job description OR be ready to take the next step towards learning these duties
• Be AAT Qualified or studying towards ACCA / CIMA
• Have good excel experience
• Be a good communicator with key clients and proactive to solve problems
