Belt & Road manager

Role Purpose:
To take responsibility for the day to day operations of the Baker Tilly Belt & Road initiative (BTBR). The role seeks to assist members to internationalise their practice and actively foster cross-border business and promote growth in line with Belt & Road projects nationally, and internationally.
Applying hands-on international experience, success can be demonstrated by member firm growth, providing seamless client service delivery across the network. In line with the role’s competencies, enhancement of the role’s effectiveness can be achieved by maintaining strong relationships and referral networks. Responsibilities:
Managing the day to day affairs of the BTBR 40%
Developing and implementing the BTBR strategy 20%
Manage business development initiatives 20%
Manage BTBR workshops/conference sessions 10%
