Technology provides strategic and procedural support in all of AIG's specialized disciplines, such as policy issuance, premium collection, claims handling, and administration. It enables AIG to deliver business strategies through efficient world–class IT and operations services, while ensuring the necessary IT risk management and security measures are in place.

Works with Life Product Development and pricing to develop new Variable Universal Life, Universal Life, Indexed Universal Life, Whole Life, Term and Accident & Health products, and implement those products in the new strategic administrative systems, Accenture Life Insurance Platform (ALIP)

* Provides feedback to product development on product design, and the ability to implement the new product in ALIP
* Detailed analysis of complex actuarial formulas in Excel pricing sheets, and design and implementation of the necessary changes in ALIP to implement those changes
* Analysis of defects in ALIP and/or the Excel pricing spreadsheet to design and implement the required resolution
* Work closely with the Illustration Software developers to identify and resolve calculations discrepancies between ALIP and the Illustration software
* Perform in depth calculation testing of ALIP calculations to ensure the calculations in ALIP match the calculations in the pricing spreadsheet and Illustration Software
* Work closely with the vendor and business area to prioritize and manage the ALIP Product Configuration design, development, testing and implementation
* Performs other duties as assigned or requested

What we are looking for


* Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, with strong math skills
* 5 Years Life Insurance experience
* Experience working with the system implementation of Variable Universal Life, Universal Life, Indexed Universal Life, Whole Life, Term and Accident & Health products
* Experience working with complex calculations, including working with developer and pricing actuaries to test, debug and correct calculation defects
* Experience with software development and testing


* Strong Mathematical Skills and understanding of Excel formulas
* In depth knowledge of Variable Universal Life, Universal Life, Indexed Universal Life, Whole Life, Term and Accident & Health products
* Exceptional communication skills
* Strong analytical skills
