Salary – Circa GBP28,000 depending on experience and knowledge.

Come and join our team. Wholesale services are recruiting for a Business Analyst to join the team on a 12 month contract. Able to work with a diverse range of people at different levels across the business and partners, the role will lead on the review of current work management business processes and identify improvements to be implemented.

What will you be doing?

The role holder will conduct current state reviews and use learning to ensure issues are resolved and opportunities are realised. The Business Analyst is responsible for ensuring future processes support an enhanced work management journey aligned to industry best practice.

You will identifying the changes that are required and work closely with the Change Manager to develop and deliver supporting change activities to facilitate the changes to be adopted by the business.

The Business Analyst is a key facilitator within the programme, and will bridge the gap between the customers, users, stakeholders and the IT delivery team, translating what customers in the business are asking for into processes and requirements.

What do you need?

Our ideal candidate will have the following:

  • Experience of cross process working and IT project environments
  • End to end Work Management Experience (scheduling & mobile)
  • Business process design and mapping experience
  • SAP experience
  • Business analysis
  • Lean process design
  • Experience working in Water Utilities
  • Experience of implementing work scheduling systems
