Briefly Explain Job Duties/ Job Description- Issue timely and complete financial statements and manage the monthly closing process- Recommend benchmarks against which to measure the performance of company operations- Calculate and Issue financial and operating metrics- Manage the production of the annual budget and forecasts- Calculate variances from the budget and report significant issues to management- Provide for a system of management cost reports- Provide financial analyses as needed, in particular for pricing decisions and contract negotiations- Improving reporting and adding value to the business- Contributing to decisions regarding financial strategy- Process optimization: Redesigning company's business / finance processes in order to improve them (procedures to follow, interrelationships between departments, organisation of tasks, etc.) Qualification requirements- Knowledge of entire finance function (Accounting, FP&A etc.)- Familiarity with ERP and Accounting systems- Expert at using Microsoft office Tools, in particular Excel- Analytical skills and structured thinking process- Good communication & interpersonal skills- Good mediation and negotiation skills
