We are looking to hire a senior and experienced business professional who can take a global view of the business and help manage various members of the team and deliver results. We are looking for a confident individual who can work under pressure and deal with conflicting priorities on daily basis. We are looking for someone with a general business acumen and a good financial and commercial insight.
Following tasks are for indication only:
- Dealing on behalf of freeholder with requests from leaseholder for transfer of ownerships
- Checking completeness of income billing per signed contracts
- Working with auditors on resolution of historic tax returns
- Working with internal and external consultants in resolving queries received as part of HMRC enquiry
- Reviewing work of local teams and improving productivity
- Review of credit & debit card recharge allocations and ensuring monthly approval process in place
- Dealing with ongoing structural and compliance related matters with auditors and consultants
- Resolving day to day tenant queries
- Assisting in collection of problem debts
- Dealing with tenant disputes, dilapidation claims and court cases
- Ensuring recoverable costs are recharged to tenants
- Ensuring compliance with laws and regulations
- Dealing with issues related to business rates exemptions and council tax relief
