Accounts & Administrative Executive
As a Chemical Distribution company, operating for the past 16 years, we're looking for a suitable candidate to fill in the role of Accounts & Administrative Executive. Job responsibility for this post would include the below:
- Manage Accounts, Book Keeping & Filing
- Summarize current financial status by collecting information; preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports.
- Receive Orders, Generate Sales Invoices & Dispatch Deliveries – in coordination with the Sales & Operations Team
- Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analysing account information.
- Receive Customers at office and assist them with their requirements/queries or refer to the concerned staff member
- Answer Phone calls on office telephone as & when required
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
