Credit managerThis role is focus on credit team management and AR collection review and updating.Work closely with sales team and and develop a accurate knowledge.Client DetailsOur client is a sub company of a Global Fortune 500 company. Its focus on equipment development and manufacturing industry.It gross business very fast and develop good recent years,DescriptionAlign with the company target for AR collection and of provision for bad debt (and actual bad debt)Work with the management team (mainly sales, GM) to design the AR collection processes for , and get them well accepted and diffused.Monitor all overdue receivables, and take actions with the sales team to get back on track accounts under deviationInitiate lawyer, third party and / or actions at court in time and in relation with bad payersWork very closely with the sales team, and develop a very accurate knowledge of the main critical customers.Organize the intelligence on existing customers and new customer financial (paid-in capital, record's).Be the ambassador of customer credit management within the company. Set-up a strong sense of accountability within key stake holders.ProfileEducationUniversity level of finance / accounting; MBA is a plus.CPA certificationWorking Experience 5 years of experience in a similar position in a similar industry (distribution BtoB)5 years in financial management in an operational company (JV or WOFE is a plus)Experience in money collection with 3rd party, as well as experience at courtKnowledge & Skills Knowledge of business laws in relation to credit management& money collectionAbility to balance with sales team objectives and rational in relation to key customer management.
