About Tax & Legal

Deloitte China Tax and Business Advisory is the only Big Four practice that works As One across Greater China Region including the Chinese Mainland, Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan with nearly 2,500 tax people to advise and assist clients concerning tax and business issues. It is also a Tier One tax practice in Chinese Mainland, Hong Kong and Taiwan (International Tax Review's World Tax 2014).

Work you will do:

• Develop and present proposals for business development initiatives and activities
• Analyze and evaluate client's finance functions with in-depth knowledge of finance organizational structures, operating models and processes
• Define and implement targeted finance solutions to help the client establish effective KPIs, optimize reporting processes, and/or enhance planning/budgeting/forecasting capabilities
• Design and optimize the client's technology solution (e.g. ERP, RPA, Analytics) to support business objectives
• Work under secondment arrangement at client's finance team as subject matter specialist as needed
• Develop and maintain relationship and credibility, both internally and externally
• Support team members' development needs through formal and informal coaching and knowledge sharing

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree or above in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related disciplines
• Professional qualification is preferred, including but not limited to HKICPA, CICPA, ACCA, AICPA, CTA or CFA
• Minimum 5 years' experience in a reputable organization with focus on Financial Planning & Analysis, Strategy, or Financial Service Operations
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills with high commitment to quality client service delivery
• Experience in managing/leading complex, multi-functional projects is an advantage
• Experience with financial systems and applications (e.g. Oracle or SAP)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluent in English, Cantonese and/or Mandarin in both oral and written
