Your new role
IFRS Controller role plays a business partner role to support LBU and Regional Office through business and technical accounting expertise, and supports external IFRS through country-level review and compliance with IFRS and external reporting standards.


What you'll need to succeed

• Proven interpersonal skills - able to communicate effectively with senior stakeholders across businesses and regional office.
• At least 8+ years experience in finance/accounting/business analyst environment.
• Business mindset: Ability to understand the link business actions and events to financial performance outcomes.
• Strong understanding of IFRS accounting and external financial reporting; Insurance experience advantageous.
• Degree qualified and hold a professional accounting qualification.
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Some travelling in the Asia region will be required.
