Mortgage Advisor (Employed) - Write 15-20 mortgages a month through 90% referral business

This exciting Advisor role exists within a really friendly mortgage brokerage based in Glasgow.

This well-established business, with over 10 years in the industry, has a superb reputation and many connections throughout Scotland. The firm offers a warm, welcoming environment for a competent Adviser looking for a busy role in Glasgow city centre.

The company works 90% through referrals, with the current 3 Advisors on track to write between 800-950 mortgages this year alone! In the interest of work-life balance - and sanity - and maintaining its quality service, the company is keen to bring another strong Advisor on board who can help lessen the workload.

This will not only allow the Advisors a chance to have a life, but also to spend more time on selling Protection, meaning better earnings for everyone!

You will, of course, be fully CeMap qualified (or equivalent) and have at least a year of experience giving advice in a 'whole of market’ environment.

You will enjoy working around traditional office hours (Monday to Friday 9am - 5.30pm) with the view that ambitious Advisors will naturally be prepared to work around their clients. Aided by the experienced Admin team, you will be able to focus on writing advice in an amicable and supportive environment.

You will benefit from a competitive salary of up to £30K (dependent on experience) and an OTE of between £44-64K! The most recent Advisor to join wrote £118K in their first full year, seeing them earn circa £50K!
