Purpose:

Responsibilities:
- Identify and resolve potential data-integrity and other reporting issues to ensure accuracy in management reporting
- Improve operational systems, processes and policies in support of organization's mission. Manage and increase the effectiveness and efficiency of Support Services (HR, Finance & Compliance) through coordination and communication between support and business functions.
- Ensures the sales management team and staff are in compliance with the rules and regulations of regulatory agencies and that company policies and procedures are being followed.
- Develops initiates, maintains, and revises policies and procedures for the general operation of the Compliance Program and its related activities to prevent illegal, unethical, or improper conduct.
- To manage a central service quality control unit to detect deficiencies by identifying root causes and to implement stop gap measures to prevent future occurrences, abuse or waste.
- Establishes and administers a process for receiving, documenting, tracking, investigating, and resolving complaints. Historical data will provide evidence of progress, success and future benchmarking.
- To develop an Operations Manual in compliance with Audit, ensuring audit preparedness at all times for every unit. Objective is to bring a systematic, disciplined approach to evaluate and improve the effectiveness of risk management and control.
- Perform periodic evaluation and provides reasonable assurance that risk management, control, and governance systems are functioning as intended and will enable the organization's objectives and goals to be met
