Financial Controller

An international Media and Advertising firm are looking for a Financial Controller to join their accountancy team based in South West London (Parsons Green). They are a huge organisation that specialise in high-exposure television adverts.

Client Details

They are a creative Marketing and Advertising agency that have a global out-reach and are looking for a candidate to join their Accountancy team as a Financial Controller. They have 3 UK offices, and this role will be based in their South West London one (Parsons Green), however the role will involved a small bit of travel across their other UK offices.

Description

The successful Financial Controller will be:

• Reviewing client KPIs (Profitability of projects, staff utilisation, reconciliation of fees)
• Meeting account managers in order to get an accurate picture of on-going projects
• Managing time-sheet system
• Month-end closing responsibilities (balance sheet reconciliations, cut-off analysis, month-end reporting)
• Management reporting
• Budgeting and Forecasting
• Aiding with the annual audit process

Profile

The successful candidate will:

• Have advanced Excel skills
• Be an ACCA or CIMA finalist
• Strong communication skills
• A background in Media/Marketing is highly preferred
• Previous exposure to revenue reporting is also preferred

• £40,000 - £50,000
