Description

The Credit Controller (Media) will work alongside two credit controllers and reporting directly into the Head of Accounts Receivable and have the following responsibilities:

- Chasing customers for late/non-payment
- Arranging Cash allocation/Contras with the shared service team
- Aged debt and query resolution
- Escalating any issues to management
- Sending statements and copy invoices to clients
- Cashflow forecasting
- Daily banking
- Use of Credica to update status and log queries
- Audit Admin
- Ad hoc support to team as required

Profile

The successful Credit Controller (Media) will:

- Have a proven collections track record

- Ability to work to targets

- Need minimal supervision

- Media agency experience

- Ability to commute into London

- Ability to pick up a new accountancy package quickly

Job Offer

The successful Credit Controller (Media) will join the accountancy team on a permanent basis paying up to £30,000 (depending on experience).

The company offers a generous benefits package as well.
