Description
Working in a team of 4, reporting to the Senior Billings Manager, your role as one of 3 billings analysts will be to:
- process monthly billings
- create manual invoices and credit memos
- manage debtors ensuring outstanding debts are chased and collected
- ensure processes are adhered to
- produce journals and reports
- balance sheet reconciliations
- reflect changes to pricing
- ad hoc projects
- use of Oracle
Profile
Previous billings / financial operations experience (ideally 2 yrs +)
Excellent communication skills
Use of Oracle and Excel advantageous
Good numerical and analytical skills
